The Constitutional Court Ruled in Favor of the 444 Photographers

Dániel Németh's two mobile phones were hacked with the Pegasus spyware, and he wants to know who classified the information about him as national security data and when.

According to the Constitutional Court, the right to informational self-determination was violated when the court dismissed, without a substantive examination, the claim of journalist Dániel Németh, who sought access to encryption decisions about him in connection with his surveillance with the Pegasus spyware. The journalist was represented in the case by Tivadar Hüttl on behalf of the Society for Freedoms (TASZ).
