Ashdod was saddened to hear of the passing of Rabbi Yehuda (Yodel) Friedman, who returned to his creator after a long battle with a serious illness. The deceased, who lived in Ashdod, served in recent years as a host at the Guest House near the holy site of Rabbi Yeshay of Kerestir, where he warmly welcomed pilgrims and worshippers.
