La Rioja Advances in the Comprehensive Reform of the Criminal Justice System

The Legislature approved a package of key reforms for the judicial system promoted by the provincial government, including the Jury Trial Act, the implementation of the Indictment System and a new Criminal Justice Organization Act.

The province of La Rioja will change its criminal procedural system and will have the system of trial by jurors.
