Over the past month, an undercover investigation was conducted by the Modi’in Illit police station and the Nature and Parks Authority’s unit combating illegal hunting.

Monkeys, deer, cheetahs, parrots, hyenas, porcupines, turtles, birds and bird eggs are just some of the prohibited species found. In addition, two M16 rifles and bird hunting equipment were also seized. The father and his two sons, the suspects, were taken for questioning.
