The Law Has Fallen: This Country Bans Motorhomes in the Summer of 2025, Here Are the Big Changes

Since May 2025, the law 5170/2025 now prohibits the parking of motorhomes outside of the official campgrounds or reception areas in this country. In plain terms, any fitted vehicle caught outside these areas is subject to a fine of €300, regardless of duration or location. A decision that shockes, surprises, and already pushes many tourists to cancel their stay or change route.
