The PNV Registers a Proposal to Reform the TC Law so that only This Court Decides on Competences

The PNV has registered in Congress this Friday a proposal for the reform of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court with the objective that it is this judicial body that "has the last word" on the transfers of competences, and to prevent the ordinary courts "block them", as has happened recently with the approval of foreign university degrees.
