The Slavko Ćuruvija Foundation and CRTA appealed to the Constitutional Court due to the rejection of the lawsuit against REM

The Slavko Ćuruvija Foundation (SĆF) and the Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability (CRTA) filed an appeal with the Constitutional Court of Serbia against the rejection of their lawsuit filed against the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM), following the illegal allocation of national frequencies to several television stations.
