There Are More People with Intellectual Disabilities in Finland than Thought, According to Kela Statistics

In Western countries, traditionally, about one in a hundred residents has been diagnosed with intellectual disability. However, about two percent of young Finns have intellectual disabilities, according to Kela statistics.
