Found body shot inside vehicle in Ceiba

A man was shot dead in the early morning hours of Thursday at kilometre 3.8 of the PR-978, in the Chupacallos neighborhood of Ceiba. The victim was identified as José Luis Skerette Rijos, 29 years old, resident of Fajardo. According to the police report, the body was located inside a Kia Rio grey vehicle from 2020. Fajardo’s Homicide Division (CIC) investigates.
