Unusual: a fake trustee rackets the inhabitants of a building... for the second time!

In June 2024, two individuals, a 58-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man, had been found guilty of having set up a false trustee to divert funds from the condominium and place illegitimate tenants in apartments for which they had granted management.
