Congressional budget provision could kick-start Twin Metals mine project
Rep. Pete Stauber, the Republican who represents the northern Minnesota region where the mine would be, introduced the language in the Natural Resources budget that restores mineral leases in the Superior National Forest canceled by the Biden administration.
