Verdict against Berkin Elvan's killer upheld

More than eleven years after Berkin Elvan's death, the Turkish Court of Cassation has upheld the verdict against the shooter, police officer Fatih Dalgalı. The 16-year prison sentence of police officer Fatih Dalgalı, who threw the tear gas canister that caused Berkin Elvan's death, was upheld by the Supreme Court.
