HURRICANE, WV (WOWK) — Meeks Mountain in Hurricane played host to a special race Saturday morning that honors a fallen hero. The Hurricane Detachment of the Marine Corps League held their 5th annual Corporal Fulks Memorial 5K, a ruck race in honor of the man that their detachment was named after.
