Municipalities may be able to regulate short-term accommodation in apartments. Although Minister for Regional Development Petr Kulhánek (for STAN) agreed to remove this provision from the government's amendment to the Tourism Act, the House Committee on Public Administration did not vote to remove it on Thursday.
