Westcliffe murder case: Judge rules property search was conducted without lawful warrant

A Custer County District Court judge on Tuesday ruled a property search was conducted without a lawful warrant in the case of the Westcliffe man accused of gunning down three of his neighbors and severely injuring another in November 2023.
