Oswego, N.Y. — An Oswego County woman is in critical condition after she was rescued from the Oswego River on Thursday morning. Around 7:35 a.m., the Oswego fire and police departments responded to a report that there was possibly a body floating in the river, Oswego Fire Chief Paul Conzone said in a news release.
