SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Siloam Springs police have identified the person killed in a four-vehicle crash on State Highway 412 on Wednesday, according to a fatal crash report. The report said around 11:30 a.m., a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse entered onto Highway 412 west and failed to yield to oncoming traffic.
