A woman identified as Alicia Giménez Solórzano, 32 years old, savagely attacked her elderly aunt Lusmila Solórzano, 75 years old, when both exchanged words inside a house in the Los Pinos sector of Santa María district in Huacho. The niece was in an apparent state of drunkenness when she began to beat her aunt to the point of throwing objects on her face.
