State flags to be lowered Monday in Laramie County in honor of Rodney 'Pete' Anderson

CHEYENNE – Gov. Mark Gordon has ordered the Wyoming state flag be flown at half staff at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Laramie County from sunrise to sunset on Monday in honor and memory of Rodney "Pete" Anderson.
